Appointments:

We appreciate you observing your scheduled appointment time to ensure that you, as well as the rest of our guests, may enjoy your full services.

Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to check in with reception, fill out any paperwork if necessary, and prepare for your service.

Please discuss openly with your therapist your preferences or any concerns you may have before or during your treatment.

We recommend scheduling your next visit prior to leaving. When booking your appointment with us, a credit card number may be necessary in order to reserve your appointment.

Gratuity:

Tipping is always left to the preference of the guest. Gratuities may be left in the form of cash, local check or credit card with the therapist.

Quiet Time:

For the peaceful enjoyment and relaxation of all our guests, we ask that you turn off all electronic devices when entering our offices. If it becomes necessary that you make or receive a call, please do so in our lobby, speak softly and keep the call to a minimum. Please recognize that making or accepting a phone call may limit your treatment time.

Children:

While we gladly service children, we do not offer special pricing. Please be conscious that Coastal Massage Therapy, LLC is an adult facility. Children under the age of 18 must have an adult or legal guardian’s signature to receive services. We ask that children do not accompany adults during services, nor be left unaccompanied in the experience center during services. Also, if it is necessary for an adult to remain with a child in the experience center, the noise level must be kept to a minimum as a courtesy to our guests.

For Your Comfort:

For your safety, we request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescriptions prior to any services received as some may be contraindicated. Examples include: high blood pressure, pregnancy, diabetes, thyroid imbalances, heart conditions, claustrophobia, injuries, or allergies and could contraindicate for therapeutic or hot stone massage, etc.

We are highly commitment to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness and we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments. Our office is smoke-free.

We regret that we cannot be liable for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep valuables with you during your appointment. The confidentiality of our clientele is of utmost importance. Communication of personal information between you and Coastal Massage Therapy, LLC staff is necessary in order to perform the services best-suited for your health and wellness needs. Please rest assured that any personal or sensitive information that has been shared with members of our team will be held in confidence and your privacy protected at all times.

In order to get the most out of your massage experience here at Coastal Massage Therapy, LLC we encourage communication between you and our staff. Please notify us so we can accommodate special needs or requests and advise your therapist of any discomfort or areas you would like more focus on. This is your time to relax and rejuvenate your mind and body!

Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours notice. If you cannot make your appointment and do not call to cancel – your credit card will be charged $20 or the fee will be added to your charge for your next appointment.
